Shipping
There will be a shipping delay on any orders placed after 11-23-24. I will be out of the office but will be picking up a couple new goodies for y'all to look forward too as we make our way to Vegas and back. All orders placed while I am gone will be shipped out when I return starting 12-16-24 and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding! I appreciate your love and support and hope your Thanksgiving is full of great memories!

Items that are labeled "RTS" are ready to ship and will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
Items that are hand stamped have a 1-5 business day production time before they are processed for shipping which is 3-5 business days.
Made to order items take approximately 1 to 7 business days before they are ready to ship.
All packages are shipped through the USPS - Ground Advantage Shipping (2-5 business days) is used unless otherwise specified.

UPS suggests approximately 3-5 business days to be delivered once in their facility. Tracking and up to $100.00 USD insurance/order coverage is included. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order if you would like to purchase additional coverage above the $100.00
We ship Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 12 pm ct will be processed the following business day.
CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS to make sure it is correct at time of purchase!!! If your package is returned because it was sent to the wrong address or undeliverable, Buffalo Wild Co will not be responsible for shipping to resend it. If your address is wrong, package gets lost, or delivered to the wrong address, Buffalo Wild Co cannot be held responsible.
We want to get your package to you as soon as possible and do our very best to speed the process along as fast as possible. Please be aware that with the holidays approaching there may be slightly longer delivery times. Once your package is dropped off at the shipping location we are no longer able to provide assistance/responsibility other than tracking unless insurance is purchased.
